CNC Turning Machining

Stainless Steel

Stainless Steel materials is having good dynamic tensile strength, efficient corrosion and wear-resistant properties, and high performance at variable temperatures, and achieve good finishing, Stainless steel provides high accuracy and increased tolerances to ensure high-performance outcomes. We regularly use S.S -304, S.S -304L, S.S -316, S.S -316L, S.S -409, S.S – 410, 17-4PH grades material. We do Electro polishing & Passivation on it.

Aluminium

Aluminium is a strong, high thermal and electrical conductivity, low density and natural corrosion resistance, cost –efficient and light weight material. It has good mechanical & thermal properties. It is widely use in aerospace, automotive & biomedical industries. It has good machinability and getting better finish. Machining cost is going much lower because It has easily machining. We regularly use 6061-T6, 6082-T6 and 6063 grades material. We do Anodizing and chromate conversion coating on it.

Carbon & Alloy Steel

Carbon steel is low-medium carbon steel material, It has good machinability & weldability, It is economically good material. Alloy steelmaterial which steel is alloyed with other metals to produce an impactful and robust substance. It has good tensile & yield strength, These alloys possess enhanced characteristics such as increased strength, high hardness tolerance, wear resistance, and anti-corrosion ability. We can get desire hardness after heat treatment.We regularly use SAE1018, SAE1040 (EN-8), SAE1045 (C45), S235JR, S355JR and EN1A in Carbon steel and EN19, EN24, EN31,EN36,20MnCr4, 4140, 8620, 52100, D2, WPS, P20 in Alloy steel etc. We do Blackodizing, Phosphating, CED, Zink Plating and Electroless nickel plating (ENP) on it for corrosion resistance

Cast Iron

Cast Iron material large usage worldwide, It has good tensile & elongation strength, It is high carbon steel material and having good wear resistance, It has good machininablity. It is majority use in engines parts, Compressors &Automobile industries. We regularly use Gray cast iron FG260, FG300 and SGI 500/6, 600/3 and Ductile grades,

Brass Turned Components

Brass is a metal alloy made of a combination of copper and zinc. It has a high machinability factor, less coefficient friction and corrosion resistance, Costly material but brass has a high scrap return, which can reduce the cost of finish product. It has get good finishing and looking good.
